Are you having frustrations with co-workers, management, or teams you’re involved with? Learning new behaviors and letting go of old ones isn’t easy. However, confronting these issues is critical to bringing staff together, improving performance and addressing issues in a non-threatening way.
Synartesis uses games, trust activities and conversation to bring people together in a safe and playful way. We encourage participants to reach their social, emotional, or developmental milestones by remembering how to laugh and learn.
Through its specialized programs, Synartesis participants learn how to set goals, both individual and group, how to agree upon behavioral expectations, and to negotiate differences in a manner that’s respectful to everyone involved. In addition, each member leaves understanding the importance of working together to achieve the group’s goals and team vision.
